ارزیابی عملکرد و رتبه بندی شعب بانک با تکنیک تلفیقی TOPSIS-BSC ارزیابی عملکرد و رتبه بندی شعب بانک با تکنیک تلفیقی TOPSIS-BSC دید کلی : هدف از این مقاله رتبه بندي و ارزيابي عملکرد شعب بانک شهر با رويکرد کارت امتيازي متوازن با استفاده از مدل تاپسيس می باشد توضیحات کامل : دانلود مقاله رشته مدیریت هدف از این مقاله  رتبه بندي و ارزيابي عملکرد شعب بانک شهر با رويکرد کارت امتيازي متوازن با استفاده از مدل تاپسيس می باشد   چکیده: کارت امتيازي متوازن يک ساز و کار مديريتي است که بر پايه اندازه گيري بنا شده و پيش نياز مديريت استراتژيک مي باشد (1). هدف اين پژوهش ارزيابي عملکرد شعب بانک شهر جهت تعيين موقعيت خود و اخذ تصميمات استراتژيک براي رسيدن به هدف مي باشد. اين تحقيق از لحاظ نوع هدف کاربردي و از لحاظ جمع آوري داده ها از نوع توصيفي پيمايشي ميباشد. پيمايشي به اين دليل که در اين تحقيق پرسشنامه اي تهيه شده است که براي انتخاب شاخص هاي مناسب براي ارزيابي و رتبه بندي شعب بانک شهر طراحي شده است.در پژوهش حاضر سه نوع پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. پرسشنامه مقايسات زوجي، پرسشنامه رضايت کارکنان و پرسشنامه رضايت مشتريان توزيع شده است. نتايج حاصل از مقايسات زوجي AHP نشان داد که در ميان ابعاد چهارگانه کارت امتيازي متوازن بعد مشتري اهميت بسيار بالايي دارد و بعد از آن بعد مالي به لحاظ اهميت مطرح شد و دو بعد ديگر يعني فرآيندهاي داخلي و رشد و يادگيري با اهميت يکسان مطرح شدند.در اين پژوهش سعي شده است مهمترين شاخص ها مطرح و مورد سنجش واقع شوند. نتايج ارزيابي حاصل از تاپسيس نشان داد که منطقه 8 رتبه اول را در اين ارزيابي کسب کرده است چرا که مهمترين بعد يعني بعد مشتري در منطقه 8 بيشترين سرمايه گذاري شده است لذا منطقي است که ادعا نمود موفقيت موهون اهميت دادن به اولويت هاست. كليد واژه:رتبه بنديارزيابي عملکردکارت امتيازي متوازنتصميم گيري چند معياره براي توضيحات بيشتر و دانلود کليک کنيد.  ,ارزیابی,عملکرد,و,رتبه,بندی,شعب,بانک,با,تکنیک,تلفیقی,TOPSIS-BSC ...ادامه مطلب
